Can I have my parcel delivered to a DHL Packstation?
Unfortunately, delivery to a DHL Packstation is not yet possible, as we ship with GLS.
How long does the delivery take?
Orders received by 11:30 a.m. on a business day will be shipped the same day. After that, they will be shipped the next working day. This may sound very strict, but remember that real people are assembling and packing your package and we are proud of them. And yes, they also love their families and their holidays and we pay them fairly (supposedly some mail order companies do it differently?!).
Within 1-3 days you should be able to hold your PAKAMA items in your hands.
Return & Exchange
How can I return my order?
Write your name and order number on a piece of paper, pack your unused products securely and send them (together with the piece of paper, of course) to this address:

When will I receive my refund?
The returns are collected and manually entered into our system at the end of each week by our dear colleagues in the warehouse. As soon as your order appears there, we start with the refund. You will then be notified by email.
We're happy to make any refund, of course, but it's also a bit sad for us. Were you dissatisfied and therefore returned your order? As a young start-up company, we rely on your feedback to improve ourselves. Therefore, a short message from you about why you are or were dissatisfied would really help us! Thank you for that and maybe you will give us another chance later.

Can I test the new app for free
Yes, you can test it completely free of charge and to the full extent for 7 days!
How do I log in to the app?
1. download the new, orange PAKAMA app (here) in Google Play or in the (here) in the Apple Appstore down.
2. for your free month(s), press "Free trial & sign up" and then "Bag purchased? Free time here".
Enter the email address used to purchase the bag in the field that appears and confirm your entry with the keyboard.
4. press "Test & Register for free" to register. You no longer need to wait for our support and can get started straight away :)
When does my premium access start in the app?
As soon as you register, your premium access starts. So if you want to start a little later, register later in the app.
You can also apply the access to an email address of your choice. So you can easily give the bag and app to your loved ones as a gift ;)
Can I use my old login data for the new app?
Unfortunately, no. There is also a reason for this, as we have based the new app on a completely new technology, you have to register again in the new, orange app.
What about the old black app?
We still had them in the Play and Appstore in parallel for over 1 year. Soon we will deactivate them completely.
Tools
Is there any guidance on how I should use the tools?
In the PAKAMA Training App, our coaches will explain to you in each workout how to use which tool in each exercise.
Depending on which product you buy from us, you will receive one or three free months to test the app extensively. If you don't want to continue your membership in the app, you will still have workouts in the app that are always available for free.
We take you by the hand and build the tools together with you. You don't have to prepare anything.
How do I use the resistance bands correctly?
The exercise execution is shown to you in detail in each video and our coaches build each tool together with you.
Proper use includes not allowing sharp objects to come into contact with the tape (e.g. rolling grit or other sharp stones), not stretching the tape over 400%, and not allowing sunscreen to come into contact with the tape.

At the end of each newsletter you will find the link 'unsubscribe'. Click on it once and you will be automatically unsubscribed.
