You do not need much

To work on your pregnancy-related problem areas in a safe environment, you don't need 100 new pieces of gym equipment, a gym membership, or an extra babysitter to watch your baby while you work out. Just your bag, the included tools and our Mama Fit program in your PAKAMA app will help you reach your workout goals.

Qualitative help with your regeneration

The Mama Fit program helps you to steadily rebuild your muscles. Through the training you strengthen your core tension and your pelvic floor - thereby you avoid a lowering of the bladder. Your skin will be tightened by the increased blood circulation during exercise, your back will be strengthened by exercises and your facies (e.g. at the feet) will be mobilized and tensions will be released.

Introducing Mum & Coach: Kristin

As a mum, Kristin's everyday life is shaped not only by sports, fitness and dancing, but also by her own child. Through Zumba, Kristin got into the fitness industry. For a few years now, her goal has been to motivate people to do sports and to work with children. Now, as a mum, she takes you back to your old form. Her favourite tool is the bar, because it allows you to train outdoors with heavy weights and is completely independent of time and place. After training with Kristin, you will love the bar too.

Of course, you should consult your midwife or gynaecologist, especially if you are unsure.
The exercises are designed so that you can train even if the rectus diastasis still exists. Classic sit ups are not necessary.
