I am just happy 😊 Due to the detailed instructions of the over motivating trainers, who you can tell that this is their passion, my re-entry into athletic training was very easy. The programs are very engaging and the "Quick and Dirty" category means you can still do something for yourself after a busy day, as 7 minutes is always somehow possible. Can recommend the app for anyone who wants to do something for his body 😉

Perfect workout. For me, a great alternative to the gym. The app explains each exercise well. There are short and crisp workouts or programs that go several weeks, depending on what you want to train. The intensity can be adjusted super by the bands, etc. for you personally.
