Our completely new, self-developed closure system is simply fun. When you push the two parts together, there is a loud "click". At the latest now you know that it's time to go. Now is your time. You take care of your health - this is the most important time of the day. Your SZ-bar is quickly ready for use, securely locked in place and you're ready to go. "Just click it!
Nail-Protect
As quickly as you put it together, it can be taken apart just as quickly. We have tested the push-button and the milling many times and optimised it with our graduate engineers so that you can also open the SZ Bar with long fingernails without any problems. No one will break off!
The bar with panache
We designed the SZ Bar so that it is perfect to grip. It is optimal for every body size and you can choose between a narrower and a wider grip with a bend by simply turning the SZ Bar around its longitudinal axis. It just feels good and right - really good :)
Lightweight
Only 600 grams light! The new SZ Bar remains the heart of our tools and our training. Light, stable and quickly clicked together! It is ~78 cm long without rings and ~86 cm long with rings and thus approx. 5 cm longer than our straight bar.
The "big" exercises
With the new SZ Bar you can of course still do all the "big", complex exercises such as squats, deadlift, shoulder press, thrusters etc. excellently. The push-button is specially aligned downwards for this purpose. This allows you to place the resistance bands safely over the bar without even touching the push button. This creates two loops for the feet to train with even more resistance.
Go Extreme
Combined with the PAKAMA Classic Resistance BandsWith our new PAKAMA Heavy Bands or our PAKAMA Extreme Bands you can do squats and really heavy deadlifts. With all 3 resistance bands together on the SZ Bar, this equates to at Deadlifts (gladly also "Called "cross lift) approximately:
- PAKAMA Resistance Bands: 80 kg
- PAKAMA Heavy Bands: 100 - 120 kg
- PAKAMA Extreme Bands: 120 - 140 kg
