Your lunch break with PAKAMA

You want to do a daily workout but don't have the time. Maybe your lunch break is the ideal time for it. In the following I have a plan for you how you can organise your lunch break sensibly with your PAKAMA bag and still have time for your meal.

The key to your lunch break workout is, as so often, planning. It's best to pack your sportswear, lunch, drinks and perhaps headphones in your PAKAMA bag the night before so that you don't have to stress unnecessarily the next morning.

With the PAKAMA app, you don't have to worry about what exercises you want to do during your lunch break and how much time you need for each exercise.

Follow the instructions and use your lunch break for a sweaty workout and then return to your workplace energised and satisfied.

12:00: Grab your PAKAMA bag and go to the nearest toilet and put on your sports clothes.

12:05: Find a training area. This can be an empty office, conference room or perhaps a nearby park. With the PAKAMA Bag you don't need much space or equipment for your workout. In the app, you can easily see under each workout if you need a door to attach your door anchor. If you don't have the option of attaching the door anchor or sling trainer, simply select another workout.

12:15 pm: Choose your workout in the PAKAMA app. Decide for yourself how much time you need for your lunch afterwards. If you need to heat up your lunch in the microwave, you can do a 7-minute quick and dirty workout. If you can eat while you work, you can do a 20-minute workout.

12:35 p.m.: Go to the nearest toilet again and put on your work clothes. Maybe your company even offers the possibility to take a shower.

12:45pm: Get your lunch out of the fridge and enjoy your meal after the sweaty workout.

13:00: Go about your work with satisfaction.
