You look at your to-do list and see a lot of open items ?

Your schedule is full and you're just rushing from one appointment to another?

 

A chaotic daily routine can lead to sleep disturbances and stress and this in turn leads to an unbalanced self - you feel drained and lacking energy!

Do you have mood swings, are you sleepy, listless or simply without motivation?  

Here we have a few tips for you on how to combat these symptoms of fatigue!

1) Snack on snacks that consist of complex carbohydrates and protein. Complex carbohydrates can be found in whole grains, cereals, vegetables or legumes and proteins are good for your muscles.

2) Do a short, crisp workout at home, in the fresh air or in the office during your lunch break, because with your PAKAMA Training backpack you have your gym always with you! Our Quick & Dirties are great for that! Tips for the sporty lunch break you will find in our earlier Article.

3) Another tip from us is not to drink too much caffeine (e.g. 1 - 2 cups of coffee per day are enough!) and to consume it only early in the day. This way you have less energy at the end of the day and can sleep better.
You should try to sleep 7 - 8 hours per night and find a sleep rhythm that suits you. This means going to bed at the same time every day and getting up at the same time.

4) Keep track of the tasks on your to-do list and try to divide them into different categories so that you can always work on similar tasks one after the other. If it helps you, you can also assign the items to a priority of 1-3, where Prio 1 should be the most important tasks.
