Yoga as a change for your training schedule?

Promotion of your body

The load on your body during yoga is completely different from the load during our workouts in the app. The different poses and postures promote and challenge especially the deeper lying muscles. This reduces the risk of injury and optimizes your posture and the stability of your core.

Without pressure

Yoga is not about jumping higher, running farther, or doing more push-ups like last time. The focus is on you and your body. It's also about accepting your own limits. This means you should push yourself to your limits, but also accept when you can't do it anymore and if you have to, then release the current position take a break and then try again.

Mental strength

The different poses in yoga usually consist of an alternation of tension and relaxation, for example, you stay in one position for a longer period of time, focusing on your breathing and on the here and now.

Your body will be shut down, your mind will become clearer and your breath more aware, so you will learn to deal with your emotions better, which will make you stronger to walk through everyday life, because nothing can easily get you out of shape.
